Approval who's do you seek first?

When riding as the passenger as my teenage son, 15 years old, did a U-Turn.  I received another beautiful lesson on approval.  I enjoy finding these experiences as I experience life in the moments.  Here is a great video on how we ask for approval and who's matters.  Let me know your thoughts.

Bullying Why it's Showing Up in our World

The One you just called fat? She has been starving herself & has lost over 30lbs The One you just called stupid? She has a learning disability & studies over 4hrs a night. The One you just called ugly? She spends hours putting makeup on hoping people will like her. The One you just tripped? She is abused enough at home. There's a lot more to people than you think.

Instead of being against something be For something ~ Be For Kindness, Support and Love through this we defuse bullying.

Where does the darkness of bullying start is often asked. I have recently witnessed a form of bullying from my son's teacher to my son. Adults want to believe it is just the teenagers who bully ~ this is not true, they learn this behavior from someone = the Adults around them. The smallest acts of unkindness to any other person or creature create a message to a child that it is OK to hurt others. Unfortunately teenagers are just finding their way in this world and they are often left without guidance, their parents are tired, and the community of Aunts, Uncles and Neighbors are busy too.

If we take an hour and learn how the American Indians raised their children we will find it was done in community, the adults all raised the children of the tribe.

So I ask what child did you guide today? If you have children of your own did you guide them plus another?
